At Slow Trek Prints, every shirt is custom printed just for you — so we’re unable to offer exchanges or returns for choosing the wrong size. We always recommend checking the size guide on each product page before ordering to help you gear up with the right fit for your next adventure.

Misprint, Damage, or Defect? We’ve Got You.

No worries, trailblazer! If your gear shows up with a misprint, damage, or a defect, we’ll make it right—whether that’s a full refund or a replacement, totally on us.

Just send us a message at support@slowtrekprints.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include:

• A brief description of the issue
• A clear photo or two 😉
• Your order number

How Long Does It Take to Review?

Once we receive your email, we’ll review your claim within 1–2 business days and let you know what’s next. If the issue qualifies, we’ll either ship a replacement or process a refund—whatever works best for you.

Replacement & Exchange Timeline

Once your claim is approved, your replacement item will be printed and packed within 3–7 business days, plus shipping time. (You can check out our full Shipping Policy for more info.)

Refund Timeline for Defective Items

If you choose a refund, we’ll process it within 1 business day of approving your return. It should show up in your account within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank.

Changed Your Mind?

While we don’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse, we totally get that shopping online can be tricky. That’s why we encourage you to check our size charts and product descriptions carefully before ordering—so your next adventure starts off on the right foot!

Need to Cancel? Here’s How

We get it—plans change. If you need to cancel your order, just email us at support@slowtrekprints.com within 12 hours of placing it. After that, we can’t cancel it because each item is custom printed just for you.

Taxes & Refunds

• If a refund is approved, any applicable taxes you paid will be refunded too.
• Please allow 2–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Need to Cancel Your Order?

Plans change—we get it. You can cancel your order by:

• Replying to your order confirmation email, or
• Emailing us directly at support@slowtrekprints.com 
  Just make sure to do it within 12 hours of placing your order, as we begin processing right away.

If you’d rather skip the refund processing fees, we’re happy to offer store credit for the full purchase amount instead. Just let us know during your return request!

Your Package Gone Off Trail?

If your order seems to have wandered off the trail and hasn’t arrived, no worries! Let us know within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, and we’ll work with the shipping carrier to track it down and make things right.
